UFO means Unidentified Flying Object. Not extra-terrestrial. It's an abbreviation used in aviation to designate any unidentified object in the sky.
But, of course, it could include an extra-terrestrial craft if that was an object being detected by radars, etc.

With the recent statements by Olivia concerning her interest in the subject, and that evidently she at least thinks there's a chance et's might be coming here...

Do you believe some UFO's might actually be extra-terrestrial?

In 1990 a high-ranking Belgian military officer had confirmed that a UFO they chased could do amazing things human-built aircrafts couldn't. That doesn't mean it's extra-terrestrial but at least the UFO business might not be mere bunk.
