If you gave your hotmail address and password on a site telling you you'll be able to find out who blocked you on MSN.. you've been had. They now have your password to access your account.
Then people on your contact list receive emails from you but which are sent by them (the scammers).
They phish for passwords.

I've received emails like that from contacts, and the people who have these email address are surprised because they never sent the emails. It's the scammers who did.

DON'T GIVE YOUR EMAIL WITH PASSWORDS (OR ANY OTHER PASSWORDS) TO ANYONE ASKING YOU.
Only use them on the site (the real one, not a fake) they are intended to be used on.

Careful about any other scams. Don't give your personal info, passwords, etc to people who ask them unless it's someone you can really trust. Not some stranger on the internet.
